Installing Drivers for Windows on Arm® Processors for CCS Programmers/Debuggers
- Unzip the ARM-ICD.zip file into a temporary directory.

Right click on the FTDIBUS.inf file and select Install.
If there is an error, go to step 5.
Right click on the ARM-ICD.inf file and select Install.
If there is an error, go to step 5.
Note the default Windows setting is not to show some file extensions. -
Open the Device Manager and expand the Ports section.
If the device programmer appears with no yellow error flag, then note the COM port number and go to step 5.

Double click on the device programmer entry.
If it is not under Ports check Other Devices and Unknown Devices or USB.
Click on the Drivers tab and do an install.
Tell it you want to browse your computer and point it to the temporary directory.
Go to step 3. -
Right click on the CCSLOAD desktop icon and select Properties.
On the Target line after the final " add a space followed by:
PORT=COMx
Where x is the COM port number from step 3.
OK to that. - Double click on the CCSLOAD desktop icon and all should be good.
