CCS Product Warranty

SOFTWARE

CCS will accept any software return if the packaged software has not been opened or if the software has not been downloaded from our website. In the event that software has been opened and/or downloaded within 30 days of purchase, a return is accepted ONLY if the product has a flaw that prevented it from performing in accordance with the manual. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.

HARDWARE

30-Day Guarantee:
CCS guarantees all hardware products for any manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase date. Defective hardware will be refunded or replaced. CCS will pay the shipping for any replacement items via UPS Ground to the US 48 only. Expedited shipping (2nd Day and Next Day) is available, but the customer will be responsible for the difference in cost for expedited shipping.

After 30-Day Guarantee:
CCS will repair or replace malfunctioning products (of the same model/revision only) for a fixed price, determined on a product-by-product basis.
  • Customer agrees to pay shipping both ways. This is not included in the fixed price for repair or replacement.
  • If CCS is not able to find a defect, or, if only firmware was updated, then the customer will only be charged shipping to return the product.
