What is the purpose of no load resistors? For example on the Explorer 16 R54 is a no load. From what I see R54 is connected on one side to the 3.3v RF7 and the other side to the 5v RF7_E where the voltage conversion from 3.3 to 5v is done. So is R54 used for test points? Or do they put R54 so you could bridge across and have 3.3v on the external connector?
