Hi,

I need to know if somebody use this flash memory and which is your opinion?, and if know where found the code library for this.

I have another question, Is possible write only one Byte without read the page or I have to read the page (256 bytes), then modify the byte and then write the page complete.?????

Thank you very much!!

I have used the flash memory ... It is really good ... and easy to implement

If you need the driver for it ... just e-mail me at jilanski@yahoo.com

Shortly I am going to put it in the library ...

I also remembered something ... the flash runs at 2.7 to 3.6 volts ...
you have to use a level shifter to change the spi flash output from 5 to 3.6
