Clear GPRs
PostPosted: Tue Mar 15, 2005 9:14 am     Reply with quote

If I choose menu Debugger -> Clear memory -> GPRs,
it would clear all General Purpose Registers.
Is there a way, to write a line of command in the code to perform that?

You can use #zero_ram. It will create a lot of ASM code -- more than
one line. Some people report that it doesn't work properly on some
of the 18F chips.

Another problem with #zero_ram is that it will clear the registers on reset. This might not be desired.
