Anyone know of max232 chip with buit in caps?

I dont know how to find this chip, i think read about it on this forum. I'm looking for a serial port chip like max232 with built in caps.

In a recent application, I used MAXIM MAX-233 which is a MAX-232 with built in caps.

233 is bigger than 232, it means that obviuosly pinouts are not compatible. but it works fine. Take a look at the prices: the cost of the single chip MAX233 is higher, but if you use MAX232 you have to add caps costs and time to solder them!
