Newbie problem about locate instruction

I want to prevent c from using 30000 Byte area. How can I do this? Can I do this by using locate instruction?

I think #RESERVE is what you want.

If you're referring to Flash memory, then use the #org command to
reserve a block of memory. From the CCS manual:
