18F2455 ICD-U40 Error

I keep getting this error when trying to program a 18F2455.

ICD Error
Unknown PIC12/16 device, ID: 003F if this is a valid id, then make sure the algorithm inside chipedit is set correctly. Make sure you update the ICD to firmware that supports the targer chip's device family.

If anyone has seen this error and knows how to fix it let me know.

ICD V2.51
CCS 2.05 Rev #100 for PIC16 PIC18 DSPIC
