Problem when try to program 18F2620

Hi all,

Currently I using a CCS PCWH Compiler version 3.227. I start my development with the device 18F252 and use the PicStar Plus and MPLAB to burn devices. But my project grow and I need to move to 18F2620, at this point start my problem. I can't program the new devices!!!! I upgrade all that I can update; Mplab and firmware to last version, but the problem persist. The programer said that has problem when verify the memory. I change all config settings that I can modify without success.

Can anybody help me????
