Roll your own ICD2

Has anyone tried this out yet =>[url] http://stolz.de.be/[/url] ?

This guy has schematics and directions for programming a clone of Microchip's ICD2. For reasons I won't go into I have to get some code running under Microchip's C compiler and I'd hate to try to debug it without an ICD. I'd also rather not shell out $200 for a tool I'll hopefully never need to use again.

Curious minds want to know,

Hardly seems worth the effort. I'd just buy one. They are pretty cheap if you ask me.

It's actually a Czech description there (which is no problem for me Wink ) but you may find also an english documentation:
