I'm not sure that this is the rigth forum for this question but...
Maybe someone can recommand on link to simple programmer for pic16f819 that I can build by myself.

Here is a page with programmer software for the 16F819,
and if click on the "Supported Programmer Types" link on
the left side, then it gives you a list of home-built programmers
that you can build.
