Reading 4 Channel AD Simultaneous with DMA in DSPIC! HELP!
PostPosted: Fri Feb 10, 2012 1:19 pm     Reply with quote

Good Afternoon for all.

I like to read 4 AD channels simultaneous using DMA in DSPIC33FJ256GP506? I can not do read the four at once at all. I read one after another after another! I used the example of DMA CCS 4.120. But a read just one channel at time.
Actually need to read 4 channels of AD in DMA and then transfer this data to an SD card read. I would like to know how to read these channels simultaneously (1024 points per channel) and then copy the reading of these four channels to a SD card or I2C EE2PROM.
I'm using a DSPIC33FJ256GP506 if 40MHZ Crystal.

Need to capture all 4 channels at a speed of 1 MHz Could anyone help me with this. I've never used DMA and I'm lost. I do not know how he could treat the DMA to read the four AD channels at once, then treat this data to send to an external memory.

I appreciate everyone's help.

Have a great weekend,

Thank you, Hugo.
