Hi,

The problem for me is that you've noted a number of observations based on your work with both Proteus simulations, and real hardware. That's a real problem because it's impossible to know from a distance which observations are relevant. You've introduced too many indeterminate variables into the equation. Frankly, unless you limit your discussion/troubleshooting to pure hardware you aren't going to get any help here. No one is going to want to help you chase a Proteus bug, or rely on observations made using a Proteus simulation.

I think you need to make up both circuits in "real" hardware, and verify that the problem exists in the real world. Stick to one type of temp. sensor, and keep things as simple as possible. Once you do that, we'll be able to help!

I've got a protoboard with the 16F877, a DS18b20, a 4X20 LCD, and a 128X64 GLCD, so I can test this myself in real hardware. But I'm not going to do that until you show me that you are at least as interested in solving this problem as I am.

Good Luck!

John

Hello
Please try to heat the sensor temperature above 54 ° C.
Correctly shows the temperature above 54 ° C?

fkl..
fyi..
My DS18B20-par sensors work fine up to +128*C. Used a heatgun to test them.
