Program using ICD2 using PCWHD

I use PCWHD version 4.078 and Microchip ICD2.
It works just fine in debug mode, but I can't program the target after I finish the debugging.

I prefer using only CCS PCWHD and not moving to MPLAB just for the programming.

Any suggestions?
