Need help.. I'm working on a PIC18F45K20 at 1.8V and my ICD cannot recognize the device at that voltage. Are the ICD-U40 designed to work at that voltage? I can get it to work at 2.02V, but I can't be developing at that voltage.
My suggestion is to build a version of your board that runs at 2.0 volts
and debug it. In other words, install a 2.0 volt regulator, and use IC's
that will run at 2.0 volts, in order to complete your development.
Then ship the final product at 1.8 volts (after testing).
