Problem with LCD

hai all..
I'm doing a project on RFID and needs a LCD as a display panel. My problem is my LCD doen't work as expected. Can anyone here helps me to check my codes??????Here is my source code..I really needs a help here!!!!!!

You typed in the incorrect frequency. You typed 400 KHz, and you
should have typed 4 MHz.
