im searching a driver to connect a ds1267 to a 18f452

Look at the DS1868 driver that comes with the compiler. The chips use the same signalling.

Hi,

I am not clear if you are looking for hardware or software help.

The Maxim web site has some application notes about interfacing to a DS1267.

The CCS examples directory has some SPI interface code.
