#fuses problem

hi everybody... can anybody show me a few tips on what to include in the #fuses preprocessor directive? In the manual that i have, some of the descriptions of these options are so short that by the time i finish reading it, i still has no clue how and when to use some of them.. please help.. thanks

If you use the forum's search page and type in this

and set it to "Search for all Terms", you will quickly
