knowledge base

I would like to propose again (some proposed already)to build a knowledge base that can help newcomers to pic/ccs c.
for newcomers, especially with no or little background in hardware or little knowledge in c programming is very difficult to understand most answers when browsing the forum.
myself used pic assembler for 12 years befor begin with ccs c and find the forum very helpful, but difficult to understand in the beginning.
If the detailed answers about basic issues, especially from the "guest" Ttelmah and PCM programmer was concentrated in a "Knowledge base" many of the questions was not asked also

Read manual, browse through examples and drives.
People sometimes forget to look at the CCS FAQ page, before posting stuff here.

If you are real serious about building a database, which even I think might be a good idea, you need to take some initiative and make a list of topics that beginners usually ask about- Keep adding stuff to this list and separate the questions by some categories, like chip setup, peripherals, debuggers etc. Beginners like yourself need to work on this kind of a list of questions. As far as the answers are concerned, this forum is kick-[spam] and you should get them in less than 24 hrs.

Cheers!
