what is the difference between 30F4013-20 and 30F4013-30?

Download the PIC data sheet from the Microchip website:
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/70138E.pdf
Go to the end of the data sheet and look at this page:

This is on page 219 in the Acrobat reader. It explains the Microchip

I've tried make a simple program in 30F4013-30, witch two leds blinking alternated but didn't work.

i will try again on 30F4013-20 the same program. i don't know if will work.
