How to convert 3.6v to Transducer excitation 21 volts

I have a project about battery powered telemetry unit now. Battery is 3.6 voltage. I need to convert this voltage to Transducer excitation 21 volts (@ 200mA).Because It will be into ADC channel. the ripple voltage need be as little as possible.

Assuming you find a 100% efficient converter (no such thing exists) the 3.6 volt rail would need to deliver 21/3.6 * 0.2 A to the converter. Assuming 70% efficiency (low because the source voltage is so low) then you need to deliver 21/3.6 * 0.2A / 0.7 = 1.6A
If your 3.6 volt rail is not capable of doing this then it is back to the drawing board. _________________ Regards, Andrew

I need to provide the Transducer excitation just 2 seconds at 21 volts. I use a 3.6v(14.5AH) battery.
you can see somebody have done this. but I don't know how they do?
