Dear Sir,
I am using MPLAB 7.5 Ver. & CCS PCM C Compiler, Version 3.249, 34534.
for my application i want use,
12F609 or 12HV609
OR
16F616 or 16F610
BUT i checked my header file there is no header file for the same
plz tell me how can i include this device.

You can't.
The header file, does _nothing_. All it is a a set of logical 'names', for constant values used by some of the compiler's subroutines, The compiler _itself_ has to know about the part.
Now the 16 parts, it would be almost impossible to add (it could be done in the Windows version of the compiler). The easiest way to get these, would be to upgrade the compiler. However the reason the 12 part doesn't exist, is that this requires the _PCB_ compiler, not the PCM compiler. You should already have this!... It is included now, with MPLAB. There should be a directory called 'PICC' in your MPLAB home directory. In this there should be an install. Run this, and it will install a copy of PCB, and his should support the 12F509.
