Tell me somebody can I use PIC12F675 or 16F675 with ICD-S
or I musr use PIC12F675-ICD, PIC16F676-ICD to debug it.

Hi Dima.

Yes you can. Take a look at this homepage: http://www.best-microcontroller-projects.com/pic-programming.html
He's made a connection from his ICD to a PIC12F675, so you don't need that other ICD. I don't recall what Microchip is calling them, but they have a name :o) Anyway if you look at the tutorial for the PIC12F675 on the last page, you can see that CCS is connecting to the chip with three pins. But I presume that you won't be able to debug by only connecting with three wires !

Hi,

You can program all by ICD but use adapter for in circuit debug.

Take a look to Microchip site about.
