Regarding GLCD

I am new to CCS ,
i am having a problem with 128*64 GLCD
i need circuit how to connect it .
its a simple one , but i need it ,because two of my new GLCD is not working
PCM programmer

A list of the connections is given near the start of the GLCD.C file.
Here's the location of that CCS driver file:
