hi;
i communicate 16f877 and pc via a delphi interface program.at first i give power to PIC card and then i start my computer.i open my delphi program and run it.but it doesnt communicate with PIC.if a reset PIC when my program is open,PIC communicates eith PC after reset.what do i have to do?this occurs only at the start of PC.

You sould post your RDA_ISR code. Maybe you have a driver that checks some external devices (like UPS)... and sends some data which is interpreted wrong in PIC. Maybe this is blocking the PIC uart.
