programming for PIC16F917 TQFP type

Hi all

my problem is programming for the PIC16f917 TQFP type, with DIP type i can program for this chip by using JDM(ICSP) , but with the same connection between DIP type and TQFP type ,i cannot program

does it program at only one time?

PS: i can not program but reading from the chip is ok

please help me

This is at heart a _software_ forum, for CCS.
Your question, has nothing to do with this...
Now some hardware problems will get answers here, but you don't give enough details to help. The _odds_ are that this is at heart something different with the connections. Probably something 'not obvious', like extra load on the lines powering the chip (what supplies the chip, when you are using the ICSP?). Also, what resistance is on the MCLR line?.
Ask on a forum about ICSP, and give some real details, and you are more likely to get an answer.

Use the ICD2 as a reference.
