Hi
As I can obtain a PWM with a 16 bit resolution?
(Pic 18f)

Not really.
The highest resolution on the 18F family, is on the 18F1330, which gives a 14bit PWM ability. You can extend this to 16bit, using the interrupt to toggle an extra line, and gating this onto the PWM, but the maximum frequency, is then only about 610Hz...
The 30F DsPics, have 16bit PWM support.
