Is any one who know What is NOWDT on fuses and exacly job is doing??

First, depending on which compiler you have, for the Windows vesions, look in the 'fuses' pull down, or look in fuses.txt.
This gives the description:

NOWDT No Watch Dog Timer

Now look in the manufacturers data sheet for the chip (also the application notes), to find out about the 'watch dog timer'.
