Troubleshooting of MCP23S08

I got some problems of expander MCP23S08：
Two input signals at IO_0 and IO_1, waht i desired is negtive edge of IO_0 siganl or toggled IO_1 signal will triggle the INT, however, IO_0 will make the INT get low, but it won't nolonger rise even i've read the register INTCAP and GPIO that is supposed to be able to clear the INT signal.

This is the register configuration of MCP23S08:

0x28 ---> IOCON
0x03 ---> GPPU
0x03 ---> IODIR
0xfc ---> IPOL
0x03 ---> GPINTEN
0x01 ---> DEFVAL
0x01 ---> INTCON

Does anybody have some working code of MCP23S08?
Who can help me.....
