It's a multi-digit number with some dashes in it, and it will come in the
same email that contains your compiler registration file (.CRG file).
The email will refer to it as your "Reference number".
Find that email and you will find the number.
If you didn't put that number in your email to them, that's probably
why they didn't do anything. Without it, and your name, they don't
know that you really own the compiler. Also make sure that incoming
emails from CCS aren't getting stuck in your spam filter. Emails don't
always come from the generic "CCS" email address. Sometimes they
come from a specific person in CCS. You need to check your spam filter.

Thanks, I called them and they are emailing me the old one, hopefully that will fix my problem. I was hoping to wait a while before buying the yearly update and now I can.
