Someone has posted a driver down at the end of this thread on the AVR
forum:
http://www.avrfreaks.net/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=43894

To convert this driver to CCS, you need a full understanding of
the differences between CCS and other compilers. For example,
in that driver, they declare some variables as 'signed long'.
In CCS, this would become 'signed int32'. Also, CCS has separate
functions for spi_read() and spi_write(). That driver has one combined
function. But you can tell from the context, which commands are
doing read operations and which ones are doing writes.
I don't want to convert the driver for you. You must do it.
