i wonder how can i save a value like: 0x9999.12
in internal eeprom??

Use the functions shown in the FAQ, except change them so they call
the internal eeprom functions instead of the external eeprom functions.

Use:

read_eeprom()
and
write_eeprom()

instead of:

read_ext_eeprom()
and
write_ext_eeprom()
