Need a Device ID for the 16F690 to upgrademy programmer

Hi,

Can anybody give me the device ID (Chip ID) for a 16F690?

My programmer (K149 by kitsrus.com) supports the 16F687, but not the 16F690. By modifying the chip info file I can add devices, but I need the device ID and can't find it anywhere.

Any help would really be appreciated, thanks..

The Device ID will be in the PIC's Programming Specification.

The Microchip website is partially down at the moment, at least for me,
but here's how to get the Programming Spec:

1. Go to the Microchip Website.

2. Click on the button on the main page for "Data Sheet Finder".

3. On the Data Sheet finder page, select 16F690 in the drop-down box.

4. On the 16F690 page, look on the right side. You'll see a link for
the Programming Specification. Download it.

5. Search the spec for "Device ID". You'll find a chart that lists the
ID's for all the PICs that are covered by that Programming spec.
