Just to explain better my needs, I'm looking for to manage a keyboard
4x4 that in addition to feel single key can manage two keys pushing in the same time.
Someone can help me or give me others ideas?

You need a keypad driver that supports "2-key rollover".

You also need to have diodes on the keyboard matrix. Otherwise you can get spurious extra keys seen, when some combinations are pressed.
