help me, how do boot protocol setup in HID

I have maked a hid usb keyboard with 18F4550 and CCS, and working normal in Windows XP.
I selected a configuration that includes a bInterfaceSubClass of 1, "Boot Interface Subclass," and a bInterfaceProtocol of 1. But this keyboard USB shouldn't be able to access the BIOS setup program. How do boot protocol setup in HID
Can you help me?
