codes for stepper motor control

Hi
I am trying to control the stepper motor(bipolar 3v) Sad . Please help me with the codes as I am struggling with them.I am using the CCS C compiler I will be grateful for any help.

This must be a new school assignment. This question hasn't been asked for some time and now three people asking the same question in two weeks.
