LCD Question: first line scrolling and the second for use??

I'm trying to keep my LCD's first line scrolling while the major interaction is displayed (written and erased) in the second line.

Does anyone knows how can I do that? (or if its possible?).

Yes.
All you do, is make a RAM array 'copy' of what you want on the first line, and update/scroll this. Then position the 'write' to the start of the first line, and write this, whenever you want the text to change. Normally you 'time' this update perhaps once every half second or so.
Generally, there is no 'shortcut' way of doing this (one line scroll function on the LCD for example), but the amount of work involved is quite small.
