Can I compile microchip TCP/IP Stack with CCS compiler?
or Is there a different stack which has been written with CCS?

Different stack. Contact CCS and ask very nicely and they will probably supply it you you.

Do you know which interface is used in that stack? I need ENC28j60.
I know that there is adriver for enj28j60. but I don't know if there is a stack which uses enc28j60..
