Max PWM freq for 877A

I there, i just wanna wats the max freq that can be configure using CCS for 877 to supply PWM using CCP pin?
The crystal freq is 20Mhz.
Can it supply 1Mhz-8Mhz PWM signals?

It depends totally on the resolution you require.
With the 16F877 at 20MHz, you can generate a PWM, at say 1.25Mhz. However you will then only have a 4 bit 'width' value supported, with 16 different widths available. At 1MHz, 20 different widths become available. The maximum you can generate, is 5MHz, with just four width values supported.
