20 ms time period PWM - 4MHz Osc. - PIC 16f877A

Hi,
I want to generate 20 ms time period PWM with variable duty cycle using PIC 16F877A with oscillator 4MHz.

Could anyone please help me out ASAP? I will be very thankful.
