Hello, it's possible to link pic which not include UART ? like 12f683 , and use i2c or one wire bus ?

Use software USART & I2C.

I wanna know if you did it, because I need to comunicate a 12f683 with a 16f877A. I'm interested in the fact that I don't know if the 12f683 has to be the master so I can use the #int_SSP in the slave 877A. Thanks
