For PIC16 devices you want PCM.
For PIC18 devices you would want PCH.

See here for info on the different compilers and the devices supported by each one:

You can find the compilers via the main page www.ccsinfo.com

There is the all in one compiler PCWH which supports 12F/16F and 18F processors. Otherwise you can buy familiy specific processor as mentioned. A family specific compiler is quite a bit cheaper.

If you are not fixed on your processor, you might want to consider moving to the PIC18F family. The PIC18F2620 is pin compatible with the PIC16F876 but far more powerful and feature rich. The 18F family in general is more powerful than the 16F pin equivalents. So rather than buy a 16F compiler today and later buying a 18F compiler when you need more PIC resources, now might be a good time to consider moving to the 18F.

The compiler is not FREEWARE. There is a limited functionality demo version here:
http://www.ccsinfo.com/content.php?page=compdemo

Apparently you are unwilling to put even minimal effort into research on this. So, before you ask, the compiler PRICING is on the right end of the menu bar at the top of the page you were viewing AND the demo page.

For a freeware compiler use Google to find candidates or try this one:
sdcc.sourceforge.net

Good Luck.

Of the CCS compiler studens and universities can buy discounted versions with reduced functionality, see http://www.ccsinfo.com/content.php?page=education

If you are looking for real free software you will have to look elsewhere:
- The Microchip C18 compiler for PIC18 processors is available in a free student/demo version. After 60 days of full functionality some optimizations will be disabled, the compiled code will still work but requires some more memory.
- The High Tech PICC-Lite Compiler is freeware but only supports a few PIC12 and PIC16 processors and often with memory limitations.

Several other free toolsets exist, often based on languages like Basic or Pascal. I don't remember the names of these toolsets, try Google.
