PIC restarting every time

PIC restarting every time

I‘ve found another problem. I’m having PIC restarting every time although I put NOWDT,and I'm using the command restart_wdt either, please I need some help to put the program to work correctly. Question

Thanks, I get PIC works well I've put a capacitor between VCC and GND. And it solves the probelm of garbage that I was received in RS232. Thanks a lot. Smile
