to do with mplab and scl generator...wierd things happening.

Hi there.

Im using mplab version 7.30 with pcwh 4.10. At the minute i'm developing a serially linked webserver board for one of our on going projects, and use the scl generator to file messages directly to rcreg1 (irrelevant of pic, but in the latest instance was an 18F6620). My routines all work fine (as expected) but what does happen is the scl generator will file the first character of the message again after it already has filed it. Therefore a service thats part of my safety chain picks up on a comms timeout and flags it (because of a single char and no CR) which gets a bit annoying during large debug runs. Anyone else had the same troubles? or is it just me being blessed with this??? Very Happy

If you have questions about the SCL generator, you should ask them
in the MPLAB Simulator forum. They have people over there who
have written tutorials on it. Here's the link:
