Hi, All:
Does there anyone know how to use IDE to convert C langauge into Assembly ? Thank you for your help.

The tool to accomplish that is called: compiler.
Compiling a C program will give you a hex file with the binary data, but when enabled, you also get a list file (*.lst) which contains the code in assembly mnemonics.

please give me more details to use IDE convert C to Assembly ....
I have hex file ,but I need to know how can I burn it to PIC chip

Howdy jakin,

If you have a hex file already, you do not need to use the IDE (hence the hex file and not C source files).

Depending on your pic chip and application you can use a stand alone programmer (PIC-Start, Mach, etc), or an in-circuit-programmer (ICD-U40, ICD2, etc). The pin-outs of the CCS ICD and Microchip ICD2 are identical.
