Hello,
i want to make an H-bridge drive for 24V DC motor.i want output current of HBridge >= 5A, so that it can drive motors with load too. but i m not getting the gud choice of MOSFETs.i want to use PMosfet for upper drive and NMosfet for low drive.please suggest me which P & N Mosfet to use.
i shall be very thankful to u.

I think you should pick one up from

since there are quite a lot. for example you have this one :
http://www.irf.com/product-info/datasheets/data/irf7463.pdf with 14A @25°C. very small package and diode include, good luck
