I am using the PCW compiler to program my PICs, and it is fantastic.
But I cannot porgram my last adquisition the 16f914 PIC because my PCW version doesn't have the 16f914.h file.
I would like to find it, could you help me? where can I find it?
When I will find it, will it works with my PCW version ?
Thanks a lot...

Edited because I can't read....

You need to upgrade your version of PCW. Even if you do manage to get/make your own .h file for the new PIC, the compiler uses the information in the devices.dat file to actually do everything.

Your only option is to upgrade to the latest version and/or a newer version.

Since he has PCW can't he use the device editor to add the part to the devices.dat as another option.

But what version do I need? A friend of mine has the 3.212 version of the CCs PCW compiler and still without the 16f914 program option.

It is in the current (3.249) version (16F913-16F917). So an upgrade to the current version will do it for you.
