How to turn off GUI messge
PostPosted: Wed Jun 07, 2006 4:30 am     Reply with quote

Hi

Is there a command line option to disable the GUI compile window ?, I want output to go to stdout, I can do that with +STDOUT but don't know how to disable the GUI information window.

I'm using PCM v3.249

Don't know (not a thing I have ever wanted to do), but you might try '+P00'. I have a suspicion it'll still want to 'flash' up for a moment, but it may work.

Thanks Ttelmah, but that does not work as you expected, in fact the GUI message just stays there with +P00, perhaps it wil go away after 65536 seconds Smile

Oh well, the only likely command I could think of.
Sad
You can turn it off if there is no 'error', with '+PE', and '-P' removes it after the compile, but I know of nothing that might stop it appearing at all...

Best Wishes
