how can I see int16 number (for example 1034)on screen?How can I use printf() function for this my simple problem?Can you help me?

On what kind of screen? An LCD? your PC Monitor?

RS232, printf("\r\nMy number is %ld", (int16)myvar); should get you headed in the right direction.

LCD, review the examples that come with CCS and consider sprintf for loading up the string for display. Also I believe there is a non-standard arg list you can use for printf that will work.

In short, most of this is RTFM material but without clarification on your part we can't direct you the the exact example program or page #...
