Noritake VFD CU20045SCPB-T23A display with HW USART

Did anyone has experience how to drive a this vfd display with HW USART BR = 19200 BPS Non Parity Please give a sample program how to do

I have working sofar with this code

But if i change to that it did't work anymore
What is the problem
